- Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the address is incorrect, the buyer will be responsible for additional postage required to resend the package. - If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if UNUSED and safely returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs (excluding damaged goods).

Custom or personalized labels are not returnable but are replaceable if damaged upon arrival.
- We carefully inspect and package our products with the utmost care before they are shipped. However, if the candle is damaged during shipping please submit photo proof of shipping damage to truejoycandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your purchase.
- Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective, please keep that in mind when you are ordering.
